We began with a single truck and a few units, and we still operate that way. When you call, you talk to me or someone I'd trust at my own home. We're a family operation, so if something isn't right with a unit, that falls on us, and we handle it the same day.

I track every delivery on one board in our office, and every driver reviews it before heading out. When we tell you Tuesday morning, that means Tuesday morning. If anything changes, I reach out to you before you need to reach out to us.

What happens during a weekly service visit?

We empty the tank, scrub and disinfect the interior, refill paper and sanitizer, and inspect the door and latch.

How frequently do you service the units?

Every rental comes with one service visit per week. High-traffic sites and larger crews can schedule a second visit each week.

Are ADA-accessible units available?

Yes. Our ADA-accessible units feature step-free entry, an oversized door, grab bars, and enough room to maneuver a wheelchair.

How do long-term rentals work?

We assign a recurring weekly service day and leave the unit on site until you contact us for removal.

What kind of spot do you need for delivery?

Flat, solid ground that a service truck can access, free of low-hanging wires and away from any active digging.
